She is co-investigator of WP7 on the rule of law for the H2020 RECONNECT project; director of a Fintech startup, InferStat Ltd; and creator of the legal education blog, StickyTrickyLaw.

Mr. Hahn is Member in SteCo Plattform Industrie 4.0, Openlab CERN and other initiatives. After studying Computer Science he was active in different roles (e.g. head of software development for Industrial Automation Systems) and businesses (e.g. manufacturing, mobility).

He began his career in municipal administration and engineering consultancy in Eastern Europe and Russia, joining EIB in 2005, preparing and appraising water and environmental projects worldwide for 10 years. He was Head of the EIB Copenhagen Office until 2019.

Ms. Gry Hasselbalch is a leading expert in responsible digital innovation and technological transformation. She is one of the female founders of the thinkdotank DataEthics.eu, co-author of the influential book Data Ethics – The New Competitive Advantage (2016) and was a member of the European Commission’s High-Level Group on AI that created Europe’s Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI.

She currently holds the position of the Director General of the Development Programs and Cooperation Unit, at the Prime Minister’s Office, and is responsible of drafting a number of National Development Programs in different sectors of the economy which are translated into concrete executable national strategic projects with a direct impact to the country’s economic growth. Some of the National Programs she is in charge of drafting are: the National Program for Startups and Innovation, the National Program on Industrial Development, the National Program on Blue Economy, etc.
She is also the Program Manager of the Regional Economic Area and its Action Plan, since its creation with the focus of developing and transforming the Western Balkans region into an economic area where goods, services, people and knowledge move without borders.

Mr. Paul Hebert holds a Canada Research Chair at Guelph where he is Director of its Centre for Biodiversity Genomics. As Scientific Director of the International Barcode of Life Consortium, he is leading efforts to employ DNA-based approaches to advance understanding of biodiversity. He received the 2018 Heineken Prize for the Environment and the 2020 MIDORI Prize for Biodiversity.

Ms. Connie Hedegaard is a Danish politician and public intellectual. Ms. Hedegaard is the Chair of the Mission Board on Adaptation to Climate Change, including societal transformation. She was European Commissioner for Climate Action in the European Commission from 10 February 2010 through 31 October 2014, during which she led the negotiations towards the adoption of the EU 2030 Framework.
